With the help of its new ecommerce marketplace, inventory management system and greenhouse iPad tracking tools, Lufa Farms, the first successful commercial rooftop farm, was able to reduce costs and drastically increase online sales. Cloud Horizon continues to work closely with Lufa Farms’ team and provides research and development, prototyping, user experience, innovation and software development services.
Squish Candies is a Montreal-based artisanal candy shop with multiple retail locations throughout Montreal and Toronto. As a forward thinking brand, Squish approached Cloud Horizon about creating an ecommerce site to broaden their consumer reach as well as a warehouse management system to facilitate internal operations. Through our partnership, we developed a custom solution to manage online ecommerce sales, order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
Since 2013, all aspects of Concordia’s International MBA Case Competition have been managed through a custom-built event management platform that was developed by Cloud Horizon. The platform generates matchups between schools, builds and manages schedules for 300 judges and 600 volunteers, produces scores based on judge feedback, manages competition events, and manages communication between the event organizers and the participants.
For Breethe, we built a back-end, API and HTML5 web application that provides a guided daily meditation for their users. The app offers a step by step meditation schedule with weekly introduction videos and daily guided recordings ranging from 12 to 18-minute meditation sessions. Cloud Horizon helped Breethe introduce their service to a growing number of customers, creating a user-friendly flow based on completion and progression of their practice.
Cloud Horizon develop a B2B ecommerce web platform for one of the largest manufacturers of high performance bicycles in Canada. Representing brands like Colnago, EVOX, Miele and Rocky Mountain - Pro Cycle needed a solid platform to maintain rapid distribution to dealers across North America. Our ecommerce specialists developed a solution using Magento to create an easy to use purchasing system for their network allowing large volume orders and bookings.
Aldo Group approached Cloud Horizon to build a multi-device human resources application to allow their district managers to more easily manage recruitment of new retail employees. Although the details of the project are confidential, what we can say is that Aldo’s district managers were highly engaged with the prototype application and found that it saved them time and improved the quality of candidates through automated pre-selection.
Tap medical offers unprecedented access to medical appointments and provides users with simplified access to walk-in appointments, family doctor visits as well as specialist consultations. Cloud Horizon has worked with Tap medical over the past few years to build a fully custom platform from the ground up. This includes a clinic portal, mobile applications, a multitude of websites, as well as a fully robust online booking system.
Wiserwood is a product of the Lebel family who is one of the largest lumber companies in Eastern Canada with a 500 member team servicing an international client base. We created an online ecommerce platform which allows users to shop a variety of lumber product lines offered by Groupe Lebel. We provided custom payment processing options as well as a dynamic checkout flow accounting for all aspects of the complex nature of their products.
Kilshay is an environmentally friendly platform that groups together users favorite offers & catalogs, helping them make smarter decisions that save them time and money. We developed both the product’s website, as well as its mobile platform allowing Kilshay to engage users across multiple middle-eastern cities and act as a revenue channel for a variety of high profile international retailers. This project required a custom back-end as well as Android and iOS applications.
Globex 2000 is distinguished by its unbeatable exchange rates and reliable services. Consumers and businesses can rely on their tips, prompt and courteous services, without any fee or commission. For Globex 2000, we built an online currency booking platform, an iOS application, an android application and the company’s website. Our tools allow Globex 2000’s customers to easily check rates and reserve currencies through their website or their mobile apps.
